Manufactured by RCHC as a full OEM interchangeable aftermarket component, this Port End Cover (PEC) perfectly fits Parker 300-series hydraulic gear pumps covering PGP315, PGP330, PGP350 and PGP365 models, supporting standalone single pumps as well as piggyback tandem multi-section pump configurations. Serving as the rear closure of the pump housing, this end cover is the core carrier of hydraulic inlet/outlet flow channels, thrust plate assembly, three-lobe pocket seals and relief valve installation cavities, determining overall fluid circulation efficiency and pressure stability of the entire pump system.

RCHC adopts high-tensile grey cast iron for raw material, with all flow channels, mounting bosses, bolt holes and valve installation holes precisely CNC-machined following OEM blueprint dimensions. We strictly separate two mainstream styles: Side Porting with SAE standard suction and pressure ports for independent single pumps, and No Porting blank design exclusively for secondary tandem pump units, where hydraulic oil circulates through the central piggyback connecting shaft instead of external tubing. As officially specified, PGP315 & PGP330 require two pressure-side pipe plugs for tandem use, while PGP350 & PGP365 adopt one high-pressure plug on the port end cover, all replicated strictly by RCHC to match factory assembly rules.

Every cover undergoes flatness, aperture and concentricity inspection before delivery. Precision machining stabilizes internal gear axial clearance, reduces hydraulic internal leakage and pressure fluctuation under maximum 241bar working pressure, extending service life of thrust plates and sealing parts.
