Reasons and solutions why the hydraulic pump cannot output hydraulic oil normally

  1. The connecting shaft between the hydraulic pump and the electric motor is stationary:
    Possible reasons: The valve core movement is blocked, the motor does not start, the connection key is missing, or the internal sliding parts of the hydraulic pump are stuck.
    Solution: Inspect the valve core, check the electrical circuit and repair it, reinstall the connecting key or disassemble the hydraulic pump for inspection and adjust the fitting clearance.
  2. The connecting shaft between the hydraulic pump and the motor rotates normally:
    Possible cause: The internal shaft of the hydraulic pump is broken.
    Solution: Replace with new shaft.
  3. Hydraulic pump reverse rotation:
    Possible reasons: The electrical circuit of the motor is connected reversely.
    Solution: Correct electrical wiring.
  4. The hydraulic pump does not absorb oil:
    Possible reasons: the hydraulic oil is too viscous, the oil level in the fuel tank is too low, the oil suction filter is too thin or blocked, the oil suction pipeline valve is closed, and the variable mechanism is faulty.
    Solution: Replace the hydraulic oil with appropriate viscosity, add oil to the normal fluid level, select the appropriate filter and oil flow area, open the valve, clean or replace the filter, adjust or replace the variable mechanism.
