There are two terms: theoretical flow rate and actual flow rate.
The theoretical flow rate is calculated under ideal conditions:
Theoretical Flow = Displacement × Speed
Multiply these values to obtain the theoretical flow rate, commonly expressed in L/min.
Displacement is the volume of fluid delivered per revolution, usually in mL/rev or cm³/rev.
Speed is the pump shaft speed, in rpm or r/s.
