Hydraulic pump is often used in our daily industrial operations. Let’s understand the reasons for the abnormal heating of the hydraulic pump.

(1) The gap in the hydraulic pump is not suitable when matching.
2) The assembly quality of the hydraulic pump is poor, the coaxial degree of the transmission part does not meet the technical requirements, and there is a phenomenon of different strength when the hydraulic pump is running.
(3) The quality of the bearings in the hydraulic pump is poor or broken during assembly, or it is not cleaned when the hydraulic pump is installed, resulting in the hydraulic pump is not strong during operation.
(4) The lubricating oil drain through the bearing is not smooth: because the screw plug of the oil return port is not opened (not connected to the pipe), or the oil channel is not cleaned during installation, resulting in dirt blocking the oil port, resulting in the oil drain is not smooth.
(1) The drainage pipe connected to the hydraulic pump is flattened or blocked, resulting in the inability to drain oil and heat the oil pump.
(2) The diameter of the drainage pipe of the hydraulic pump is too thin, which can not make the hydraulic pump discharge the oil smoothly, and do not discharge the oil requirements.
(3) The suction pipe diameter of the hydraulic pump is small, so that the suction resistance of the hydraulic pump is large, and the oil can not be sucked normally, resulting in heating of the oil pump.

(1) The viscosity and temperature characteristics of the oil used in the hydraulic pump are poor, and the viscosity varies greatly during use.
(2) The hydraulic oil used contains a lot of water, resulting in poor lubrication of the hydraulic oil, resulting in abnormal heating of the hydraulic pump.
(3) The oil in the hydraulic pump has not been replaced for a long time, or the hydraulic oil used has been seriously polluted, causing the hydraulic pump to heat up.
