Manufactured as a premium aftermarket replacement by RCHC, this No-Porting Port End Cover (PEC) is exclusively designed for Parker PGP021, PGP031, PGP051, and PGP076 hydraulic gear pumps, specifically tailored for the secondary unit of piggyback tandem pump assemblies. Unlike standard side-porting end covers, this blank rear cover features no built-in inlet/outlet ports or internal hydraulic flow channels, serving as a sealed closure for the secondary pump’s gear cavity while enabling seamless tandem connection via the central piggyback connecting shaft.

Crafted from high-tensile grey cast iron with precision CNC machining, every critical dimension—including bolt holes, mounting steps, and inner cavity flatness—strictly matches OEM specifications. RCHC conducts full dimensional and flatness inspections for each cover to ensure perfect alignment with the pump housing, thrust plates, and three-lobe pocket seals. This precision prevents fluid leakage, maintains consistent gear axial clearance, and reduces vibration and noise during heavy-duty operation.

This no-porting design eliminates the need for external hydraulic tubing for the secondary pump, optimizing installation space in compact mobile machinery such as dump trucks, loaders, and agricultural tractors. It is fully compatible with both standard short shafts and Continental Type 7 long shafts, and works seamlessly with RCHC’s piggyback connecting shafts and overhaul kits.
