RCHC manufactures drop‑in replacement for the C102‑1‑2.5L‑LAS heavy‑duty commercial hydraulic dump gear pump. Belonging to classic C102 dump pump series, this single‑shaft air‑shift pump features 2.5‑inch gear width, delivering approx 48‑49 GPM flow at 1800 RPM, counter‑clockwise (left‑hand) rotation, and working pressure up to 2500‑3000 PSI. It adopts direct PTO‑mount design, mainly drives single‑acting cylinders for dump trucks, hoist platforms and heavy‑transport industrial hydraulic systems.
RCHC strictly follows original dimensional drawings and performance benchmarks for production. Our in‑house facility owns dedicated production lines for C101/C102/G101/G102 series dump pumps, with complete CNC machining, automatic assembly and full‑performance test benches. Every finished pump undergoes 100‑percent pressure, flow and leakage testing before shipment. We support custom adjustments on rotation, shift mode and gear width according to drawings or samples, offering stable bulk supply for global B2B distributors, repair workshops and equipment fleets. This interchangeable aftermarket solution helps clients cut procurement costs while keeping original‑grade reliability for heavy‑equipment operations.
